  6. QR/Bar Code Scanner
    o Function: Identify incoming boxes on the conveyor line before it get into the sortation system. It provides data of the scanned boxes to the sortation system.
    o Benefits: The sortation system needs a scanner to identify boxes to effectively direct boxes to the correct conveyor lanes or reject boxes.
  7. Sortation System:
    o Function: Utilize steerable wheel sorter or 90° pop-up conveyer to sort out boxes or packages to the designated conveyor lane and pallet.
    o Benefits: Ensure the right product goes to that conveyor before palletizing.
  8. Accumulation and Staging Conveyor:
    o Function:
    a. Offer staging space for boxes to accumulate before palletizing
    b. Transport and connect boxes from equipment to equipment
    o Benefits: Eliminate bottleneck on palletizing
  9. Robotic Palletizing:
    o Function: Automates the stacking of products onto pallets, optimizing space and ensuring stability.
    o Benefits: Increases throughput, reduces labor costs and minimizes ergonomic risks associated with manual palletizing.

  11. Pallet Magazine: Provides speedy automated pallet supply
  12. Safety Scanner: Provides robotic palletizing cell operation safety
